Thanks for your help on this issue, i managed to get this working some time ago, but have unfortunaetly lost the code and need to get it working again!!!

I cannot remember how i got the subreports to print, i have been in touch with Crystal and there only solution is too open the subreport seperately and print it that way, however this is not feasible as when opening the sub report it prompts you for the link variable between the main and sub report

I am pretty sure that this is not the way i got it working, can you give me any more ideas on how i got this working!!!!???
