What does the file in your sent folder look like?

I'd normally would suspect the Mac end, but if it happens on hotmail too... Hmmm??? If what you have in you sent folder is not a ".dat" file, I'd still say that the Mac and Hotmail are each converting it.

>I am stumped. I do allot of writing in MS Word. On several occations I have tried to email a Word ".doc" file to a friend of mine who uses a Mac. When he gets those files, they have been converted into a "Windows.dat" file.
