Checkpoint, Elron, or Borderware. I cannot vouch for any others out of lack of information, lack of usage, lack of certification, etc. Almost any firewall if configured correctly and operational is 'ok', although some are more inherently secure than others. How much security does he want? Does he want it to lock everyone out by default and he has to open ports for access as they are needed or vice versa? The reverse creates the most problems but for obvious reasons is what most businesses select because it is the least amount or work to be operational, but not the most secure. My overall favorite is checkpoint, but others are just as good if configured correctly. I think everyone has their favorites and I of course have mine. I have Checkpoint as my favorite mostly from my C2 certification training--I've been programmed! :o)
