Thanks Hilmar and Steve,
I didn't realize my screen was truncating the bottom of the left hand help frame which is why I missed the big FAC on the points. The points buttons are still on the screen even if the message was in the Chatter category but if I actually try to use them I get a message that I can't award technical points in Chatter.
