Hi, the dbc only contains remote views. The problem I am trying to solve is the detection of a broken dbc and automatically recreating the dbc with all the remote views.

>Have you considered creating a views-only dbc and including it with your app. You can eliminate the need for ODBC DSN and site-specific dbc if you use the CONNSTRING keyword when you USE RVs. I.e. avoid the problem altogether.
