Rolling out a VPF7 app on some Win2k boxes, I have noticed that after the app is closed, the exe remains in the the Process list (shown in the Process tab) of the Task Manager even though it properly disappears from the Applications list (shown in the Applications tab) of the Task manager.

After some testing, this seems to only happen after heavy use of the app, otherwise the process is released normally. I'm wondering if this could be a caching issue (ie something similar to the problem when sending an email from Word).

I can't figure it out. I have checked everything - from dangling obj refs to SQL Server connections. If it was something like that, the above behavior would not apply.

Has anyone had this problem or has a idea what the problem may be? I can't put a two-year project into production until I handle this. Going nuts...
