Does anyone know what type of VFP field is mapped to a SQL LONG column? I am trying to download a long memo field from SQL and have VFP put it into a MEMO field, but it puts it into a 254 character field, truncating it.

The SQL LONG column has s in it. (Wondering if this could be the problem?)

Is there anyway to force VFP to put this field into a MEMO field?
