It is not because you created the files using the administrator login, it is because the inpersonation login didn't have sufficient rights to the files that were created.

When you create new projects, VS .NET defaults to putting the solution files to the project in the My Documents directory. Also, by default, the virtual directory is created in the wwwroot directory.

>Thank you, you were right, the problem was probbly due to the fact that I created the project with the administrator login. Almost all of the files were created into the my documents of Administrator. So, when I tried to execute the files with another login, the security problem occured. How can I specify another directory for the project? The only choice I have is wwwroot\myproject. And also, why almost all of the files are copied into Mydocuments and in wwwwroot?
