Not only in there < g >. I've analyzed many MS applications some time ago and now again to prepare for my conference session on GUI design and noticed some places, where they didn't do a good job. But I have to say that Microsft's GUI design became really a lot better over the last years - especially regarding consistency in the interface across their different products.
