Not sure why you don't see the textboxes. They should be there. Did you recompile the code for the web data administrator ?...

I ran into problems with just installing it as it was written for beta 2 of asp.net and I was running .Net with service pack 1.

The source code is included, it was a bit of work to recompile it as there were some changes between beta 2 and the release, I acutally rewrote the stuff in vb.net and redid some of the interfaces so I could remotely adminster some databases through a web browser.

You may have to fight with it a while....
