I guess now its time for you to tell us more about the application and when it happens.

1) After installing SP1 for VFP7, did you recompile all parts involved in the problem?

2) What are the characteristics of the forms involved...things like WindowType, ShowWindow, BorderStyle, AlwaysOn..., etc?

3) what action are you doing when the C00005 happens?...And what does the program try to do when you do the action?

4) Has there been any printing in the application before the problem happens?
