Ctrl+TAB does that. Otherwise you might try to analyze the key pressed and if it's TAB (optionally on the last column) force it to go to the next control in the tab order. However you should think through this scenario - i.e.: Do the operators still want to use the TAB key to move from column to column within grid? Do they use Shift+TAB to move backwards? Are the columns movable?, etc.
