Yes, we have a command line driven PCLPrint program that converts PCL5e into memory raster or GDI images, then prints to any Windows default printer driver. We also have a Port Monitor, that can "front-end" PCLPrint to capture PCL5e driver spool files/redirect to PCLPrint/force the printed output to any Windows driver (not, just the default).

PCLTool SDK - Option II is a 100 user license for PCLPrint and/or PCLView.
