I would not consider it as a spam. Perhaps you indicated the interest in some of her software, so she thought to offer you her services.
I didn't receive anything as such.
Sometimes I receive e-mails from UT members, which contain viruses. I recognize these e-mails immediatelly and just delete them. Sometimes I send back a message notifying about virus received.
Also sometimes (fortunately rarely last days) I receive messages from strangers with VFP related questions. If I can help, I try to help, but if I can not, I suggest them to ask the question on UT.
>Hi All,

>Today I received an email from Venelina Jordanova - member ID 036910 - advertising her firm's programming services. I wouldn't place it in the same category as most spams, however it's an unsolicited advertisement using a private email address harvested from the UT.

>The UT is one of the few places that I use the same email address that I give out to friends and family and until today it hasn't been abused. I reckon I'll be changing it pretty sharpish.

>Did anyone else receive this spam? Is there a policy on this? Michael?

If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
