>Yes, IMO, it is only correct to give users selections that they can, actually, select. Or if you have to display them, at least disable them being selected. So, you can do this in a variety of ways. When they make their first selection, populate the user list with only those users it pertains to. Or, disable the inappropriate users by prefixing a "\". Would either one of these solutions work for you?
