My take is that the form will act like there was a FP 2.x READ in effect (wich goes through all @ ... GET fields) instead of a VFP READ EVENTS. And these options (read compatibility) are only available if the convertion wizard passed through it. If you create a new formset, you will only have the choice between Modal and Modeless.

The fun thing is that the help say (only) this about READ: "Included for backward compatibility. Use the Form Designer instead".
