COMPILE FORM *
COMPILE CLASSLIB *
COMPILE REPORT *

Will be sure to pack forms, libraries, and reports. Once that's done, check that the debug option isn't checked for the project as Nadya mentions. Once that's done, if the EXE's size is still 1-1/2 times as large...what changed between the versions (something must have or you wouldn't have had to recompile).

What's in the PJX file and included will be what's in the EXE. Or do you mean something else?
