Yep. What a bother, eh? Nadya gave you a pointer to modifying the file attribute. Haven't checked it out myself, and not sure how it'll work for you since you want your users to be able to just copy from a CD. You can't change the attribute on the CD. Of course you can either use a setup routine or create your own little EXE that will copy then change the attribute. It might be cleaner just to use a setup tool.

Just wanted to mention this is normal (and a pain in the butt).
