I have Windows 2000. My manager showed me few days ago a program, that he could not open (File access is denied). Right now I'm having the same problem (I could not open a program and nobody uses it at this moment). I also sometimes can not open my projects, but after a few minutes I can open them just fine.

Do you know, what may cause this behavior and is there a fix?
