Erwin works with free tables. AFAIK, it still has not been updated to supoprt Visual FoxPro tables and DBCs. On the other hand, xCase was initially written to support VFP tables/DBCs and has since been expanded to support SQL Server as well. It would probably be the better choice here.

I don't have any experience with ER-Studio.
