As far as I am concerned, the sooner the beta gets to MSDN subsciptions the better. Very wide distribution at some point in time might be a good idea. I understand the concept of rewarding conference attendees with an earlier copy of the beta, but after the passage of a suitable amount of time (say two months) it should be more widely distributed. At some point in time a download test drive version should be available on the MS VFP web site for anyone to download. It might be deliberatly crippled in some way to prevent people from using it for production.
