No success.
I re-registered the MAPI OCX, ran fox.reg, repaired OutLook, and reinstalled OutLook (without removing first).
I also sent a detailed E-mail to NBC software a couple of days ago but have not received a response as of yet.
We are getting desperate at this time as their business is seasonal and they will be needed the automatic E-mail feature next week.
