Sometimes when I need to display an information message but then continue processing with no user intervention (such as a splash screen or a status screen during some long operation) I have problems with forms not completely painting... as if the GDI commands are given such low priority that they never complete. >Which wastes 1/10 second but usually has the desired effect. Is there a more elegant way?
