Not to knock Win2PDF (haven't tried this), but how is this different from the other tools like Adobe, AmyUni (which is probably the smoothest solution)?
They all work as printer drivers that you simply select and print to.

Just select the win2pdf printer and issue your print command. A dialog will appear and you can select to print, view, or email the report. Win2PDF is not as fast as some other drivers, so you would give up a 15% to 20% speed hit, but I find that acceptable as a trade off for the ease of use.
