Hi!

Just a note:

When you making any changes in the VCX file directly, make a backup. When you change some class in VCX from custom class to base class, clear also the Class Location field that contains VCX library filepath. Finally, PLEEEEASE, AFTER ANY change in VCX by manual editing it - RECOMPILE it. COMPLE command or recompiling all modules in project is needed after such changes. This is because ObjectCode is also stored in the VCX and SCX. However, VFP recompiles it automatically as you save it in designer. When you're making changes manually, object code goes out of synch, and causes several corruptions.

BTW, you can try to recompile your corrupted form and see if it will fix the problem.

HTH.

Anyway, I thought, I would try to change pageframe class from VFP base class to our own wgPageframe class. I opened form as a table and changed the appropriate record. I then run the form one more time. Then after I made some change I start getting the error "Object is invalid for this container". I made similar problem with another form. Reverting back to VFP base class didn't help.

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs

It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
