Hi Pedro !
Using HTML Help WorkShop is not a very good idea. It is an uncomfortable tool. If you can spend some money you should try other tools for example.
1. Help Development Studio (www.divcomsoft.com)
80$. Limited power but very easy to use, nice product.
2. Windows Help designer (www.visagesoft.com)
100$ Quite powerfull tool not too pricely.
3. Html help builder (www.west-wind.com)
200$. Works good with VFP.
4. Doc2Help (www.componentone.com)
500$ - Very good tool. You simply write in MS Word and then compile doc file to chm file.
