I think loading shouldn't take that long but few Q's have to be asked to get to the bottom of this.
* How many records you have in that table? How many fields are in the view? * What is the size of the dbf, cdx and fpt files?
* What type of view did you use, local or remote? Did you consider using
SQL PST instead for the view record set?
