I typically have 2 direcories - one I use to develop, test and build the exe, and another having the default install directory name to which I copy data, help and image (tec) directories and files.

When I complete the exe, I copy it to this directory and re-use the control files to build the setup. You might try deleting the DKCNTRL files and rebuilding the setup from scratch.
