May be you can read from Registry. The User, System, and File DSN live in 3 different locations.

User DSN:  HKCU\Software\ODBC\ODBC.INI
System DSN: HKLM\Software\ODBC\ODBC.INI
File DSN: Query the value of HKLM\Software\ODBC\ODBC.INI\ODBC File DSN\DefaultDSNDir and check the directory for DSN files.

P/S: I have never tried this before as I am doing DSN-less connection.
