Yes you are perfectly right MSWord files are 4-7 times larger, but this is easiest way to produce HTML. In reality we use a class in programm which clean Word XP files. I saw that some other member have a similarr classes for other versions of Word.

Yes we pot in first column indexes, in second description in other relation there a scheem for creating a structure of help. After that a class import this XLS in DBF and you already know what happens.

We(Bulgarians) win the firs battle with monopolist, they are forced to divide in sole company with name Register.BG registration bussiness. parlament prepare addition to communication law that that company could be ouned only by NGO. I expect that till the middle of the next year everything will get the right place.
