Alrighty, I am not sure where to put this message. But following Viv's comments, I went back in to my OLEPulic and changed the name to testing, since the project name was test1, eventho , I named the exe testing. after changing those names, so CreateObject(test1.testing), the DLL runs.
I had to take out some of the user-interaction code in the DLL, to make it work without error, but now it works great.
