One of our users gets an email with text pasted from Word and it is truncated. On some of the emails the end of the truncated message has what appears to be an HTML tag. All messages originate in MS-Word 2000. We performed a test and sent them as TXT, RTF, Word w/no formatting and fully formatted Word 2000. All were truncated when sent from a particular user having Word 2000. My Word 2002 (XP) sends them fine - no truncation. However, if the user who receives my fully-there emails, forwards them to the user sending the truncated ones and that user forwards them back, they are truncated. Where is the problem? We have Mail Format set to Rich Text and use MS-Word as editor at all of the computers.
