Well stated. You are correct that MVPs are human and they make mistakes too. When I was activley doing training I would start my class by saying, "The reason I ma up here and you are sitting there is not because I am better, but because I screwed up before you did and I can show where I screwed up so you don't have to."

Don't forget that MVPs do have personal opinions not all of which are necessarily good ones. In addition, there are some personality wars that go on here and in other fora. So sometimes what seems to be an MVP acting like a Mice=rosoft pupet may be just an old war reopening.

Finally, I would say to everyone that you should not expect MVPs to be better or more accurate than others. An MVP is just a person who has spent a good deal of time helping others with questions. The award is retrospective meaning the award is given for what was done in the past and not for what is expected in the future.
