It was dropped in ADO.NET most likely due to security issues.

>Ok, early C and VFP guy here learning C#. I've worked with ADO in VFP and VB and have used the 'Prompt' property for automating logins. Is the 'Prompt' property available for ADO.NET? I've searched all the text I can get my hands on and can't find a reference to it pro or con.
