You can avoid non-authorised copying by making project non-startable on different machine. Use some specific computer information (for example, number of LAN card) and check it on start-up of application.
You can protect MS Access code by using password. Open VBA editor and choose Tools|
Properties... Choose "Lock project for viewing" and set password. Your project can be used, but code can be viewed only with this password.
