I got few doubts that I'd like you to help me to clear.

1- What factors (data, processes, etc) help you to define that a form should
exclude other forms from being available in the menu system? could you
give an example.

2- I've seen that many apps uses modal forms all over the place (for
everything), and every time they are using one, the menu system and all
gets unavailable, although this practice saves a lot a problems, what
should be the real use of a modal form and how should affect the menu
system?

3- is it a commom practice to use buttons over toolbars?

4- Could you give some ideas on how to keep synchronized the submenus, toolbars and forms
of a system altogether?

Probably some of these questions need some long answers but I think I'll make do with something that get me started
