VFP is not included in VS .NET and the version of Crystal Reports is not the same as the commercial version. VS .NET ships a special version that has been rewritten in C#.

You may want to look at getting an MSDN subscription instead of going with just VS .NET and the MSDN subscription will include VFP 8.
