Use VFP Object Browser. For example:
1. Open Object Browser
2. Open Microsoft Excel 10.0 Object Library (or last version you have)
3. Press the find button and type xlBubble. Press Go button.
4. Expand Excel (Search: xlBubble) node. Under Constants you will find xlBubble. Click on this node. In status bar of the object browser you will see value of the xlBubble (15).
