That, Jeff, is the best reason I've heard to date to justify the effort required for an MS or Ph.D. After a period of time this software development thing is going to get old ... it already has in some regards ... if it weren't for the social interaction I get from the users I believe I'd have already gone insane ... anyway ... the ability to take that MS/Ph.D. aand then get a teaching gig at some CC, State College or University is a great option for the "end game" of a career. Plus, working at a place where the Freshmen never get any older is also a plus :-) ... LOL.
