No, sorry, the thread was about saving html to text, so that's what I was going with.

Ah. Different question than the topic. You might want to check out the Internet classes in the FoxPro Foundation Classes. Easiest way to get there is to open Tools | Component Gallery. Go to FFC, and internet controls. They will likely have examples of what you want to do.
