I was thinking about doing the same thing with my software. I wasn't going to shop around too much because I already use InstallShield. I would lean towards DemoShield because it is made by the same people as InstallShield.

As a side note, you can already do installs from the internet using InstallShield so I am sure that DemoShield would do the trick.
