The Install Test Merchant Info shortcut copies all the .PCC files from "...\active-charge sdk\test merchant info" folder to your PC Charge folder which by default is "...\active-charge".

If these Test Merchant .PCC files are in the PC Charge folder you should just be able to start PC Charge and on the "Sale" screen choose which merchant/processor combination that you want to use from the drop-down list at the bottom of the screen.
