I guess you should expect some of following: UML, Use-cases, general IT attitude (like logistics), knowledge in RDBMS, knowledge in algorithms (like bubble and quick sorting algorithms), possible knowledge in what tools are effective to use in what cases (like MS explained what is better to use in their article

Do not be scared though, I did not ever seen any more serious questions in such case but something like "What is a database" and "relation", as well as general questions to see if you're a good worker at all (something like "do you like to drink coffee :-)

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs
It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
