>Hi,
>We have laptops with copies of a fox for DOS system on them. To update the main office system with the changes made to the databases on the laptops and visa versa users connect via modem to the office and run an in house program that copies all of the relevant database records to and from the laptop.

Have you tried setting the compatibility mode for the application to Win95 or Win98 via the PIF (right click on the .EXE, select Properties, select the Compatibility tab, set the compatibility mode)?
