Yes - acquire the EDIFACT document format standards from the United Nations or the ANSI X.400 standards from the American National Standards Institute for the document types you are handling, or purchase an EDI conversion package that handles the standards and documents that you are required tio support.

I'll be honest; this does not look to be either an EDIFACT or ANSI formatted document, but in fact an older Telex-based routing ticket frequently encountered in the air freight forwarding environment; it may be an EDIFACT document with the headers stripped.

In any case, more information is needed - at a minimum, the standard you need to support and the documents that you are expected to support will be necessary to parse the document.
