Yes. Also you may first Download GenView from Download section here (by Erik Moore) and run it to create a table generation program on the table, you can open. Then you can free the table. Recreate the table using the program and append from this freed table (you have to move in to another place first).

This way you would preserve the table structure and comments, long names, etc.
