Hi!

I wonder whether anyone can recommend a really, really good book on SQL Server 2000 - something that gets deep inside it, covering the whole spectrum, including differences in its programming capabilities from SQL Server 7. I have been using SQL Server 7 and have SQL Server 2000 on its way.

I am about to write some commercial (VFP derived) SQL tools and therefore I need to quickly get to a level of familiarity commensurate with this task. Any suggestions very much appreciated.
