I haven't tried it - But their is an "Active Movie Control" that presents in the Tools->Options->Controls (ActiveX). There are a couple of other media controls in that list! I don't know about the licensing (?). You might also look at a ShellExecute script for the MS Multi-Media Player or Real Player, etc.
