Really strange solution. Suggestion was to change display font size from 96 to a higher nomber. I changed resolution to 1024x786 and sixe to 170%.

No idea why this works.

Other suggestion was to upgrade Nvida Gforce 3 TI 500 driver, but since we are being upgraded to XP in next 2 weeks it did not seem worth the effort, but may I should do it anyway?
