I noticed, after playing around with the View Designer, that you can reverse the conditions in the clause from what you desire and then they'll come out in the order you desired in the first place. They basically end up in the SQL code in reverse order of what you type in.

Also, I revised my view to do two inner joins, thus leaving the one ID condition to the WHERE clause.
